TURN-AROUND TIME
Most jobs are completed in 10 business days from the time we have your artwork and complete apparel order. The specific complexity of your job and the size of your job may impact turnaround time.
QUANTITIES, MINIMUM ORDERS, SETUP FEES, & DIFFERENT PRINT METHODS
Our screen printing service requires a minimum order of 12 garments and has fees associated with colors and locations on the garment.
There is no order minimum for embroidery, however, there are fees associated with creating embroidery files and embellishing each garment.
ARTWORK ACCEPTED & BEST PRACTICES
While we don’t expect you to be a graphic design wiz, the type of artwork you provide can make or break your job. For high quality screen printing & embroidery, typical file types are vectorized .cdr, .ai and .eps. Other accepted file types are .jpg, pdf, .doc, .tiff, .png & .bmp, but these file types may need to be edited in order to print, incurring a digitizing fee.
If you aren’t familiar with these terms or how to set these files up correctly, contact our office and we’ll be happy to help!
PRINT SIZE
Screen printed sizes can range anywhere from a small chest logo to a full size 16” x 18” front or back.
Embroidered designs can also range from a small left chest design, to bigger images that fill the front or back of a shirt.
CONTENT DESIGN
No logo? No design? We can handle that. From simple one color lettering to elaborate multi color designs, we will work with you to provide a design for your team, business, organization or event.
COLOR MATCHING
If you need to match a specific color in a logo or design, we are able to use a Pantone Matching System to accurately reproduce your specific color. However, due to differences in material, actual finished product color may vary slightly from a given pantone. Additional charges may apply.
PRINTING / EMBROIDERY LOCATIONS
Typical locations are left chest, full front, full back, and sleeve. Other locations include: side, upper back, and lower back. There may be placement restrictions based on the item type.
Embroidered images can be placed almost anywhere on a garment or item. However, there are some placement restrictions based on item type.
